veltas using a alarm set every hour on my cellphone ?

<tpnix>
veltas, I have a better idea but I have to build the project yet, it's a small box with a beeper, rtc and a capacitance detector. The box alarms after say 1 hr of not much movement

<tpnix>
so it monitors my chair all day, which is better than a simple hourly alarm, tho even that is much better than nothing, programming being the great time warper that it is

veltas, a STM32F051 has touch pins which are capacitive and it's really sensitive. It detects my hand a foot away easily, and that mcu has everything it needs
10:44:36

<tpnix>
so should be a simple project

it wouldnt even need a rtc xtal, just being accurate to within 5 minutes every hour would be fine
