Remaining todo before next retro release: adding documentation for 41 words, rebuilding the glossary, handbook, and source amalgamation, and retesting the build process on at least OpenBSD, Linux, FreeBSD, and Windows.. ETA on these is (probably) the evening of 7/30 or morning of 7/31.
